[JEditor for JSM] Implemented some changes to how JEditor Renderer transforms attachment links on customer portal pages. We are investigating an issue that we haven't been able to reproduce. If you aren't experiencing any trouble downloading attachments from JEditor fields on customer portal pages, you can safely ignore this update (it contains no significant changes to core business logic).
