HTML tags in Confluence Workbox notifications

Symptoms

Confluence workbox notifications from the linked Jira application contain HTML tags.

Cause

Confluence expects wiki markup format but receives JEditor-generated HTML code.

Resolution

1. Go to Confluence Admin
2. Click Custom HTML in the Look and Feel section of the left-hand panel
3. Click Edit
4. Add the code from the attached file to the 'At end of the HEAD' textbox
5. Click Save
