Doublecheck for Jira and Service Desk integration

Doublecheck for Jira and service desk prevents JSD agents from sending unwanted communication to customers. The default setting in Jira is to respond to a customer. This app will ask for a confirmation before the message is sent off. Administrators can then decide in which issues and projects they want Doublecheck to show up.

Doublecheck for Jira and Service Desk is now fully compatible with JEditor.
